Our memberships are a great option for a individual looking for a workspace without a long term commitment. With three membership tiers to choose from, you are bound to find an option that fits your business needs! Please note memberships are per individual.
Virtual Office Membership
$75/mo per person
This virtual office membership includes:
Local business and mailing address
Mail forwarding
Mail and package coordination
Access to the building during business hours to pick up mail

Sperry Membership
$250/mo per person
This is our base level coworking membership, it includes access to all amenities within the Eager Street tier as well as:
Building access during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
High speed and reliable internet
Concierge services
Access to daily newspaper and magazine subscriptions
Printing, copying, scanning and shredding services
Access to fully equipped conference rooms and communal workspaces
Full access to the City House cafe, stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages
Marburg Membership
$300/mo per person
This is our top tier coworking membership, it includes access to all amenities within the Eager and Sperry tiers as well as:
24/7 building access
Priority conference room bookings
Secure locker to store personal belongings
1 bottle per month from the City House wine vault
Designated Desk Membership
$350/mo per desk
Looking for a coworking membership, but need a dedicated workspace? You can now bundle a membership with a designated desk in one of our shared office! This options provides an individual with all amenities within the Sperry tier as well as a guaranteed desk and use of a desktop monitor.
Baltimore Day Pass
$60/day per person
A day pass provides an individual with access to the building during business hours and includes all amenities within the Sperry tier for one day.
Private Office Leasing
City House 6 E Eager offers single tenant office spaces as well as offices for small teams and groups. It is the perfect space for entrepreneurs, CEOs, innovators and the gritty business mogul. Please see office vacancies highlighted in red below.

You can fit up to 12 people around the table and there is additional seating for 4 people. This room is also set up with a video conferencing system and a television for presentations.

This conference room is best for medium sized groups of up to 8 people. The room is set up with a dial in conferencing system and a television with a HDMI cable for presentations. This room also equipped with a white board.
