Coworking Memberships


At City House Six East Eager we offer coworking memberships in addition to privately leased offices. Our memberships are a great option for a individual looking for a workspace without a long term commitment. With three membership tiers to choose from, you are bound to find an option that fits your business needs! Please note memberships are per individual.

Eager Street Membership

This is our virtual office membership, it includes:

  • Local business and mailing address

  • Mail forwarding

  • Mail and package coordination

  • Access to the building during business hours to pick up mail

  • Invitations to community events and happy hours

  • Exclusive access to discounts with our local Baltimore business partners

Sperry Membership

This is our base level coworking membership, it includes access to all amenities within the Eager Street tier as well as:

  • Building access during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

  • High speed and reliable internet

  • Concierge services

  • Access to daily newspaper and magazine subscriptions

  • Printing, copying, scanning and shredding services

  • Access to fully equipped conference rooms and communal workspaces

  • Full access to the City House cafe, stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages

Marburg Membership

This is our top tier coworking membership, it includes access to all amenities within the Eager and Sperry tiers as well as:

  • 24/7 building access

  • Priority conference room bookings

  • Secure locker to store personal belongings

  • 1 bottle per month from the City House wine vault

A day pass provides an individual with access to the building during business hours and includes all amenities within the Sperry tier.

City House 6 E Eager offers single tenant offices spaces as well as offices for small teams and groups. It is the perfect space for entrepreneurs, CEOs, innovators and the gritty business mogul. Please see office vacancies highlighted in red below.


Event & Meeting Space Rentals


Meeting Spaces

  • This space is perfect for large gatherings, formal meetings, meetings with catering, or meetings that require video conferencing.

    You can fit up to 12 people around the table and there is additional seating for 4 people. This room is also set up with a video conferencing system and a television for presentations.

  • This conference room is best for medium sized groups of up to 8 people. The room is set up with a dial in conferencing system and a television with a HDMI cable for presentations. This room also equipped with a white board.

  • This space is best for small meetings and can seat up to 4 people. The room is set up with a television and HDMI cable for presentations and also features our locally curated wine collection on display.

Event Spaces

  • This space is the perfect venue for a private outdoor gathering. Available for use in the spring, summer, and fall.

  • This space is available for rental on its on or in combination with another space. Please note this space is only available for rental after business hours.

  • The entire first floor is available for rental and includes use of the parlor, the Marburg conference room, the courtyard, the kitchenette, and the back lounge area. Please note this space is only available for rental after business hours.

  • The entire basement level is available for rental and includes use of the wine vault, the art gallery, the Sperry conference room, and the cafe. Please note this space is only available for rental after business hours.

  • The first floor and basement may be rented out together for larger scale events. This includes use of all spaces within both floors. Please note this space is only available for rental after business hours.
